I bring decades of expertise to lead creative teams, inspire collaboration, and deliver a brand vision that will set The Australian Ballet apart.

My style inspires high-performing teams with a people-first approach, fostering collaboration, innovation, and growth among my colleagues.

My speech to the graduates of the Faculty of Art, Architecture and Design at Monash University was a lesson in channelling passion and rage into determination and resilience.

As as one of the youngest female Creative Directors in Australia and through my experience founding my own agency, Venus Comms, I highlighted the economic influence of female consumers and urged graduates to recognise and leverage all kinds of diversity as a catalyst for innovation and growth.

My speech was an inspiring call to action for the next generation to champion inclusivity and drive meaningful change in their respective fields.

“What feels like adversity can actually drive your determination to succeed so run toward the fire.”

“Do not be afraid of what life gives you. Use it to spill your ambition everywhere and seize every opportunity with a brave and emboldened heart.”

“Never let anyone take your voice…
use it to assist with the ascension of humanity.”

There is an art and a nuance TO CREATE WORK THAT CONNECTS WITH AUDIENCE.

Many brands default to familiar audiences and miss the opportunity to grow. In Blind Spots: How to Uncover and Attract the Fastest Emerging Economy, I show how to find and engage the segments that are too often overlooked—yet hold the key to real growth.

As a strategist and author, I help businesses build stronger, smarter brands by understanding diverse audiences and shaping inclusive positioning that drives both relevance and revenue.

My work turns blind spots into bottom-line impact. By aligning brand culture with customer insight, I help organisations stand for something clear, bold, and commercially powerful.

I work with businesses ready to grow their influence, deepen connection, and turn strategy into meaningful market success.

Just as the Inuit are said to have 50-plus words to describe different types of snow, where we see only one,
Bec Brideson can identify a myriad ways we can better communicate with women, many of which the average senior executive has never even thought about, let alone addressed.

Bec doesn’t just understand women. She has articulated a precise path for how businesses can see them, resonate with them, communicate with them and then do business with them.
